Welcome to New West Ranch

We are located in Hempstead, Texas just outside of Houston.  It all began in 1990, when our first miniature mare, Justa Sip came from Palmer, Alaska.  My sister-in-law, Sandy Ingalls sent her to us.  Sandy was the first person in Alaska to raise, breed, and show AMHA Miniature Horses.  What a fun adventure!  As a child, I was always around horses, mostly Thoroughbred race horses.  I enjoyed many exciting times at my Aunt and Uncles large breeding and race track facility.

We are a family affair at New West Ranch.  These wonderful horses are hand raised so they will become trusting companions and have the presence of your next champion show horse!
